As a reminder, you will receive a text message two working days before the appointment.
What happens at the appointment
During the appointment, we discuss the growth and development of your child with you. Of course there is also room for topics you want to discuss.
It is possible that the number of topics to be discussed does not fit into the consultation time. In that case, the doctor or nurse will arrange an extra telephone consultation with you.
If your child participates in the national vaccination program, your child will receive a vaccination around 14 months and around 3 years and 9 months.

Preparation appointment
From the age of 14 months, we ask you to complete a digital questionnaire before the appointment takes place. You will receive an email about 2 weeks before your appointment with a link to the questionnaire. Also check the ‘junk mail’ folder in your mailbox.
